Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments, treatment packages and services booked with Natural Cure Centre. Please read it carefully before making a payment.

1. Appointment Cancellation

• You may cancel or reschedule a single consultation appointment free of charge by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund of any advance paid.

2. Treatment Packages

• For multi-session treatment packages (such as Panchkarma or physiotherapy programmes), refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a pro-rata basis after deducting the cost of sessions already availed and any consumables used.
• Customised therapies and medicines that have already been prepared or dispensed are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Any applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Consultation fees once the consultation has been provided.
• Medicines, oils and consumables that have been opened or dispensed.
• Promotional or discounted packages marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
